Tatar: The current government will continue to serve until the new government is formed
Making a statement after his meeting with Prime Minister Saner, President Tatar said, "The current government will continue to serve until the new government is formed," and said, "I wish such situations had not occurred."
Making statements after the meeting, Tatar stated that Ersan Saner will continue his duty as Prime Minister until the new government is formed, and Tatar said, “Our constitution commands this. I have fulfilled my duty,” he said.
Tatar noted that the people have expectations and that within the framework of democratic rules, the Assembly will put some draft laws that the government will present on its agenda.
Noting that the Supreme Election Board has some expectations regarding the Election and Referendum Law, Tatar said, "Our valuable deputies will evaluate this."
Stating that the early elections are already on the agenda and that the election date may be delayed further with the resignation of the government, Tatar said, “UBP is the largest party in terms of numbers in the Parliament and is going to a congress. There is what will happen at the convention and after. I hope all this will be managed in the best possible way.”
Stating that "I wish such situations had not occurred", Tatar stated that the Prime Minister led the process with 20 deputies, a government of 27 deputies was formed together with the coalition, and he received a vote of confidence.
