Tufan Erhürman, Chairman of the Republican Turkish Party (CTP), and the accompanying delegation met with the people of Gaziköy.

Erhürman, who made a speech at the meeting held at the Gaziköy Clubhouse, conveyed his actions during the four-party coalition period to the people of Gaziköy. During the visit to Erhürman, Secretary General Erdoğan Sorakın, Nicosia Deputies Doğuş Derya and Sıla Usar, Değirmenlik Municipality Mayor Ali Karavezirler, Nicosia District President Rifat Arşehit and district administrators were accompanied.

ERHÜRMAN: THE FOLLOWING ELECTIONS ARE VERY CRITICAL

Tufan Erhürman, who started his speech by giving information about the last 10 months with the resigned Minority Government, noted that the government in question was already "born dead".

Stating that they had said that a crisis desk should be established from the very beginning, Erhürman emphasized that the only concern of the Minority Government was the congress. Pointing out that the upcoming elections are very critical for the Turkish Cypriot people, Erhürman stated that the people are now at a turning point.

“WE CAN STAND ON OUR OWN FEET”

Emphasizing that they claim an economy that stands on its own feet, Erhürman talked about the importance of a long-term development plan.

Erhürman also reminded that despite the lack of support from Turkey during the four-party government and many crises, they left the budget at 50 million plus. Drawing attention to the importance of production for the economy standing on its own feet, Erhürman stated that production can be increased in many areas with the support of the state.
