Warning to hunters from UN Peacekeeping Force: "Do not hunt in the buffer zone"

The United Nations Peacekeeping Force (UNFICYP) in Cyprus warned hunters not to hunt in the buffer zone.

“As the hunting season begins in Cyprus, UNFICYP warns people that hunting is strictly prohibited in the buffer zone,” the social media post said.

"We call on hunters to refrain from dangerous or irresponsible actions in order to ensure the safety of all civilians," the warning was issued in Greek and English as well as in Turkish.
