In the news, it was stated that around 30 intubated patients were being treated every day at Nicosia General Hospital in recent weeks.

Meanwhile, Alithia newspaper wrote that according to the Ministry of Health's statement yesterday, 277 new cases were detected as a result of 51 thousand 116 Covid-19 tests, and an 85-year-old male patient died.

The total number of cases detected in Southern Cyprus since the beginning of the pandemic has reached 126 thousand 772, and the number of deaths has reached 577.
