Zaroğlu: The proposals from DP and UBP are unofficial, if they become official, we will evaluate them within the party

The Chairman of the Nation's Party (MP) Bertan Zaroğlu made a statement on the news that the Cyprus Post reflects the allegations about his party and himself that he will join the UBP with 2 thousand people, and that he will enter the deputy candidacy from the UBP.

Speaking to the Cyprus Post, Bertan Zaroğlu said, "We are at the congress stage this week, if these proposals come officially, we will of course sit down and evaluate. There is no official situation," he said.

Zaroğlu used the following statements:

“I do not know where the allegations come from, many names from both DP and UBP in the past made unofficial offers many times. They have offers to be a candidate from us or join us. I have ties to the Nation's Party. Even though I am independent… We are at the convention stage in our party this week as well: If these proposals come officially, we will of course sit down and evaluate them within the party.
