Cyprus Foundations Administration (Evkaf) has undertaken an important mission by standing by the disabled community every week and every day of the year with its social support activities. The 2 million TL contribution provided to disabled individuals and institutions in 2021 reveals both the mission undertaken and the sensitivity shown for a disability-free country.

The spirit of the foundation is experienced and kept alive with the support provided to disabled individuals in almost every field from special needs to health expenses, from education to sports.

President of TRNC Disabled Solidarity Association Ömer Suay, on the occasion of May 10 - 16 Disabled Week, General Director of Cyprus Foundations Administration Prof. Dr. Visiting İbrahim Benter, he expressed his satisfaction for the contributions provided to the disabled and all the activities organized for the disabled.

Suay said, “Unfortunately, the conditions that are getting harder day by day cause the disabled people to become lonely both economically and legally. We have to be a solution to the problems of our people socially. It is extremely valuable for us to have the Cyprus Foundations Administration with us in the steps we take with this aim, that is, to feel a friend's hand on our shoulders. On this occasion, we would like to thank Evkaf for being with us 365 days a year, not on certain days and weeks.”

BENTER

Speaking during the visit, Benter said, "We are doing our best to keep the civilization of kindness established by our grandparents and to carry those beauties to the present day. We work in line with the needs of our disabled people and strive to create the standard of living they deserve."
