10 mountaineers lost their lives as a result of avalanche in the Himalayas, 11 climbers are missing

Ashok Kumar, Uttarakhand state police chief, announced that an avalanche had fallen on a summit of 29 mountaineers in the Garhwal Himalayas within the state borders.
