The European Statistical Office (Eurostat) has published data on the changes in housing prices in the third quarter of 2022 in EU countries.

Accordingly, house prices in the EU increased by 0.9 percent in the third quarter of last year compared to the previous quarter and by 7.4 percent compared to the same period of 2021.

In the same period, housing prices in the Euro Zone increased by 1 percent compared to the previous quarter and increased by 6.8 percent on an annual basis.

Among EU member states, the highest increase in housing prices in the third quarter compared to the same period of the previous year was in Estonia with 24.2 percent, Hungary with 21 percent, Lithuania with 19.3 percent and the Czech Republic with 16.6 percent. took place.

The increase in housing prices was 3 percent in Italy, 4.9 percent in Germany, 6.5 percent in France and 7.6 percent in Spain.
