While the occupation initiated by Russia on the territory of Ukraine continues, football clubs in Ukraine continue their activities from where they stopped.

Finally, the English Premier League team Chelsea tied Mykhailo Mudryk, who plays for Shakhtar Donetsk, one of the Ukrainian League teams, to their colors for 100 million euros with bonuses.

Shakhtar Donetsk announced that the star player will donate some of his transfer income to the Ukrainian army.

Shakhtar President Rinat Akhmetov announced that $25 million of the proceeds from the Mudryk transfer were donated to Ukrainian soldiers.

8.5-YEAR AGREEMENT

In the statement made by Chelsea, it was stated that an agreement was reached with the Ukrainian representative Shakhtar Donetsk on the transfer fee of Mudryk and an 8.5-year contract was signed with the 22-year-old player.

The England team will also make an additional payment of 30 million euros to Shakhtar Donetsk if the conditions specified in the contract are met.
