7 days of mourning declared in TRNC

Due to the earthquake disaster in Turkey, 7 days of national mourning was declared in the country.

In his statement to Cyprus Post, Minister of Public Works and Transport Erhan Arıklı stated that the decision was taken by the Council of Ministers and said, “We will explain the scope of this mourning in more detail.”

Arıklı said, "We will determine our new road map under the leadership of Prime Minister Ünal Üstel from tomorrow," and said, "We are currently sending 180 relatives of the disappeared to Adana."
