Greek Cypriot climbers climb the highest mountain in Iran
A group of Greek Cypriot and Russian mountaineers climbed Mount Namavad, the highest mountain in Iran.
Fileleftheros newspaper wrote that a group of six Greek Cypriot and three Russian mountaineers climbed the summit of "Namavad", the highest point in Iran, at 5,671 altitude.
The newspaper also shared the photos of the mountaineers unfurling the "Republic of Cyprus" flag on the top of the mountain in its news.
