Health Minister of the Republic of Turkey, Fahrettin Koca, said that a total of 68 people, 1 of them seriously, were injured in the 5.9-magnitude earthquake that occurred in the Gölyaka district of Düzce.
Health Minister Koca answered the questions of journalists before the AK Party Parliamentary Group Meeting.
Koca stated that a 28-year-old citizen of Afghanistan nationality had a brain hemorrhage due to falling from the first floor in the earthquake, and that he was connected to a ventilator and his condition was severe, "We hope he can recover." said.
Koca said, "We have a total of 68 injured. 26 of these injured are being followed up by hospitalization. Apart from our seriously injured, the general condition of our citizens is good, they do not have any serious problems." shared his knowledge.
