Nazım Çavuşoğlu: We will be proud if even one life is saved

Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu, who has been examining the search and rescue efforts at the Isias Hotel in Adıyaman since the first day, made a statement to BRT about the search and rescue efforts at the Isias Hotel in Adıyaman.

“THE LIFE BODY OF 54 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN REACHED SO FAR”

Nazım Çavuşoğlu stated that the search and rescue efforts at the Isias Hotel in Adıyaman continue uninterrupted and the lifeless bodies of 54 people have been found from the wreckage so far.

Çavuşoğlu said, “Work continues to recover what we did not reach in the wreckage. If even one life is saved, we will be proud of it," he said.

Making a statement about the procedure to be applied for those who lost their lives in the earthquake, Çavuşoğlu said, “International procedures will be followed. Everyone will be tested for DNA,” he said.
