Within the framework of the activities and visits initiated by the Republican Turkish Party (CTP) with the concept of "Parliament in the street, in the street", Chairman Tufan Erhürman and the accompanying delegation made full-time visits to the Girne district.

According to the written statement made by the CTP, Erhürman and the accompanying delegation informed the citizens about the work of the Assembly in the places they visited, and promised to convey the feedback they received to the Assembly.

In this context, the CTP delegation visited Girne Antique Port, Hataylılar Association, Alevli Cultural Center and people from Gaziantep and Kahramanmaraş who were affected by the earthquake disaster in Turkey. The delegation also visited Girne Municipality employees.

Mayor of Kyrenia, Murat Şenkul, Kyrenia District President Ongun Talat and some deputies accompanied the Chairman Tufan Erhürman.

The CTP delegation, who had the opportunity to examine the renovation works in the Ancient Harbor of Kyrenia, also received information about the progress reached. The CTP delegation, which also paid a condolence visit to the associations of the regions affected by the earthquake in Turkey in our country, congratulated the Girne Municipality administration for the aid they collected during the earthquake and their effective work.
