Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu conveyed his best wishes to Ersin Tatar

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu conveyed his best wishes to President Ersin Tatar when a group tried to prevent President Ersin Tatar from attending a program in London and said that they are always with the TRNC.

Çavuşoğlu shared on Twitter after the attempt to prevent President Tatar from participating in the program. In his post, Minister Çavuşoğlu said, "The Greek Cypriots, who could not digest the increasing visibility of the TRNC, especially as observer membership in the Organization of Turkish States, began to become aggressive. I conveyed my best wishes to the President of the TRNC, Ersin Tatar, who was subjected to an attack in London. We are always with the TRNC!" used the phrases.

President Tatar's entrance to the university campus for the program he will attend at King's College London (KCL) in England was tried to be blocked by the group carrying the flag of Greece.

The group protesting Tatar's arrival was dispersed by the security guards in front of the university building. After the group was disbanded, Tatar entered the university campus and participated in the program.
