17th day of the action initiated by the Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority Employees Union (EL-SEN) against the Public Procurement (Amendment) Bill.

After AKSA technicians from Turkey entered Teknecik Power Plant, El-Sen members gathered in front of the plant last night.

EL-SEN, which has been taking action against the change in the Public Procurement Law for two weeks, started a fire with its members because a team from Aksa went to the power plant to fix the malfunction in Teknecik Power Plant.

While the waiting of the members of EL-SEN, who have been on guard in Teknecik since last night, continues, the police teams continue to wait with them.

On the other hand, it was reported that only entrances and exits to Teknecik Power Plant are allowed for shift changes, and other entrances and exits are prohibited.

KTÖS, Left Movement, CTP, KTAMS, KTOEÖS and Türk-Sen are among those who support the action in Teknecik.
