The Meteorology Department has announced that the rainy weather will persist until Thursday, with temperatures rising by 4 degrees over the weekend.
According to the weather forecast covering the dates from May 23 to May 29, the region will generally be influenced by a low-pressure system, with cool and humid conditions in the upper atmosphere. Saturday and Sunday will be influenced by a warm and humid air mass.
Today, the weather will be partly cloudy with scattered showers or thunderstorms in some areas. Tomorrow, it will be mostly clear in the morning and partly cloudy with scattered showers in some areas.
From Friday to Monday, the weather is expected to be generally partly cloudy.
The highest temperatures will range from 27 to 30 degrees Celsius in inland areas and coastal regions. On Saturday and Sunday, temperatures will reach around 31 to 34 degrees Celsius.
Winds will be moderate from the south and west on the first day of the period, and moderate to occasionally strong from northerly directions on other days.
