Rain is expected today and tomorrow
According to the weather forecast report released by the Meteorology Department, rain is expected today and tomorrow.
The report states that from May 30th to June 5th, the region will generally experience warm and humid weather due to the low-pressure system, with periods of rainfall expected when the upper atmosphere is affected by cool and humid air masses.
Today and tomorrow are predicted to be partly cloudy with scattered showers, while the other days are expected to be mostly clear with occasional clouds.
The highest temperatures are expected to be around 27-30 degrees Celsius in inland areas and coastal regions during the first half of the period and around 31-34 degrees Celsius in the second half.
Medium-strength winds are expected to blow mostly from the south and west, occasionally becoming strong.
