KIB-TEK: Electricity of customers with debts over 675 tl to be disconnected on monday

KIB-TEK (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Electricity Authority) has announced that the electricity of customers who have outstanding debts of over 675 TL for July and earlier periods will be disconnected on Monday.

In a statement, the KIB-TEK warned customers with outstanding debts. According to the announcement, the electricity of customers who have accumulated electricity debts over 675 TL for the period up to and including July 2023 will be disconnected on August 7, 2023.
The statement from KIB-TEK reads as follows:

"For customers whose payment deadline has passed (for the period of July 2023 and earlier) and who have unpaid amounts over 675 TL, as well as for accounts that have outstanding installment debts under the legal agreements made with our institution, their electricity will be disconnected on Monday, July 7, 2023. We would like to remind that the new disconnection-reconnection fee is 181.03 TL. We kindly request our customers to make the necessary payments to avoid any inconvenience."
