2 Suspects Detained for 3 Days in Fake Prescription Investigation
In an investigation into prescription fraud, a pharmacist named O.Ö.F. and a citizen named G.Ö, who were arrested in Famagusta, have been ordered to remain in custody for 3 days as part of the ongoing investigation.
As part of the ongoing investigation into prescription fraud, pharmacist O.Ö.F. and citizen G.Ö., who were detained in Famagusta, were brought before Famagusta District Court. The court has ordered that both suspects remain in custody for 3 days as part of the investigation.
On September 26, 2023, a pharmacist and a doctor were also brought before Famagusta District Court, where they were remanded in custody for 8 days as part of the same investigation.
In total, 17 individuals have been detained as part of this investigation, with 13 of them appearing in court in Nicosia and the remaining 4 in Famagusta.
