The Council of Ministers issued an official statement, which was published in the Official Gazette yesterday, stating:

"The Council of Ministers, taking into account the reasons mentioned in the proposal (Proposal No: 1794/2023) and the security report provided by the General Directorate of Police, has decided to declare Vladislav Apakov, born on 12/12/1970 in Izhevsk, as a 'prohibited migrant' in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph (1)(g) of the Foreigners and Immigration (Amendment) Law No. 105. This decision is based on the fact that he is wanted by Interpol, has committed numerous crimes in his home country, transferred a significant amount of money to his account before coming to the TRNC, and there is a possibility that his behavior may endanger public order, administrative order, or general morality, as well as potentially incite hostility among the people of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus or against the State or conspire against the State's authority and power."

This decision could have implications for Vladislav Apakov's residency and legal status in the TRNC, and he may face legal consequences for his actions upon his arrival in the country.
