Civil Aviation Authority Bans All Air Sports Activities on November 14-15
The Civil Aviation Authority has issued a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) prohibiting all air sports activities, including paragliding and drone flights, on November 14 and 15. This restriction is imposed to ensure the safety of the Turkish Stars, who are scheduled to perform as part of the Republic Day celebrations on November 15.
The Civil Aviation Authority's announcement specified that air sports activities and drone flights will be prohibited on November 14 from 14:45 to 18:00 and on November 15 from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:45 to 18:00.
This measure aims to prevent any interference with the Turkish Stars' aerial demonstration during the Republic Day festivities.
