According to Fileleftheros, Yeorgios, who was dubbed the "New Justinian and Archbishop of Cyprus," began his "visit program" with a Sunday service at the Ayiu Pandeleimonos and Ayias Paraskevis Churches in Harrow, North-West London.

Yeorgios claimed that Turkey is attempting to Turkify the island and stated that it initially tried to abolish the Republic of Cyprus, which was established with limited freedoms due to the forgeries of other countries. He explained, "If Hellenism in Cyprus stands today, it is due to UN resolutions. Our statehood is our last weapon to secure our freedom. If a state is established from the beginning and something happens, which will undoubtedly occur because of Turkey, we will not be a state but a community."

Yeorgios further accused Turkey of continuously injecting foreign populations into the island to ensure that the legal residents of Cyprus are recognized as such over time. He argued that a similar strategy was employed in Iskenderun in the 20th century. "Turkey is trying to intimidate and expel Cypriot Greeks. It does the same in Imroz (Gökçeada) and Tenedos (Bozcaada), where it relocated high-security prisons to help with the rebellion against us. Similarly, they send many refugees from the illegal airport in the occupied area to help us in acts of rebellion," he stated.
