TRNC Council of Ministers Grants Real Estate Acquisition Permission to 370 Foreign Nationals
The Council of Ministers in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has granted real estate acquisition permission to a total of 370 foreign nationals.
According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, 355 of these individuals are citizens of the Republic of Turkey, while 15 are citizens of third countries.
The decision was made in accordance with Law No. 52/2008 on the Acquisition of Immovable Property and Long-Term Leasing (Foreigners). The names and details of the real estate they intend to purchase are specified in the annexed list.
