Discussing the 1 billion TL loan with a 49% interest rate forcibly obtained from a bank by Aksa for Kıb-Tek, Tuğcu criticized the approach taken by Aksa Energy's Chairman and CEO Cemil Kazancı, stating it was an imposition from Turkey. Tuğcu questioned how the 1 billion TL was not paid back to Aksa, indicating that the rent given to Aksa was $2 million, taken from the public and provided as an investment amount. He expressed his disappointment, saying, "They provide services with machines from 1999. I saw it, and my eyes welled up."

Responding to the question about the capacity agreement with Aksa, Tuğcu stated that before the capacity increase, Aksa did not provide 100% of the 148-megawatt power but not even 60%. Tuğcu disclosed that in 2023, $19 million worth of energy was purchased from South Cyprus.

Tuğcu mentioned that Aksa demanded money under the name of interest for bills they did not receive on time, revealing that the budget for this was $405,000.

Regarding the Kalecik III Contract, Tuğcu stated that they demanded a report to be prepared and examined, and they would take it to court along with the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers.

Tuğcu disclosed institutions that did not pay their electricity bills, saying, "We are awaiting payments of 5 million TL from the Public Data Center, 1.5 million TL from Hala Sultan Mosque, and 33 million TL from Ercan Airport."

Highlighting that the incentives given to capital could not be collected, Tuğcu concluded by stating, "You are the ones who are sinking the institution, not me."
