Tatar to Visit İsias Hotel Wreckage
TRNC President Ersin Tatar has departed the island to make visits to the earthquake-stricken areas in Turkey following the February 6th earthquake.
As part of his two-day itinerary, Tatar will visit the Earthquake Martyrs' Cemetery in Kahramanmaraş and the wreckage of the İsias Hotel in Adıyaman, where he will also address the press.
Additionally, President Tatar will attend the anniversary ceremony of Kahramanmaraş Liberation Day on February 12th, deliver a lecture at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, and meet with businesspeople at the Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce.
Tatar will also travel to Gaziantep, where he will participate in the 50th Anniversary of the Cyprus Peace Operation events. During his time there, he will inaugurate an exhibition and hold a discussion session at Gaziantep University.
President Ersin Tatar is expected to return to the island on Wednesday.
