According to information provided by the Police Press Office, a total of 1,918 drivers were checked during traffic inspections conducted nationwide by the police on February 11.

Among the drivers, 281 were reported for exceeding the legal speed limit, 5 for driving under the influence of alcohol, 7 for using a mobile phone while driving, 4 for driving without insurance, 23 for operating vehicles without proper navigation permits, 18 for not wearing seat belts, and 79 for various other traffic offenses, resulting in a total of 417 drivers being reported and legal proceedings initiated against them.
Additionally, 33 vehicles were seized and taken off the roads as a result of the inspections.
