However, due to the Prosecution's failure to prepare the indictment, the FamagustaDistrict Court requested a postponement, and the case was adjourned until April 24.

The members of the Left Movement, who were arrested on March 11, 2021, in Famagusta based on the complaint by the AKP Famagusta Youth Branch, were involved in an incident where "Love Erdoğan" posters were unlawfully displayed in reaction to the "Stop Erdoğan" posters hung in New York, USA.

Despite surveillance footage proving that they were not the ones who painted the posters, the police accused Korkmazhan, Maraşalı, Çavuş, and Güzelay of conspiring to commit a crime they did not commit.

The members of the Left Movement, who have not been given their phones for 3 years, were brought to court last week on charges of "forming a covert alliance to commit a minor offense" related to the same issue. Today, they appeared in court accused of planning an action they did not commit.

The Prosecution at the Famagusta District Court requested a postponement of the trial due to their failure to prepare the indictment. Meanwhile, the members of the Left Movement were each required to provide bail bonds of 10,000 TL.
