Marriage Fees Revised

Couples marrying at the Registry Office will pay 1,455 TL, while those marrying outside the Registry Office will pay 2,955 TL. The fees for marriage have been updated. Couples who marry at the Registry Office will pay 1,455 TL, whereas if the marriage takes place anywhere else, the fee will be 2,955 TL.

The Turkish Community Council's Order Amending Pictures Related to Marriage, issued by the Council of Ministers, was published in yesterday's Official Gazette and has come into effect.

Accordingly, the fee for marriages conducted at the Registry Office is set at 1,455 TL, whereas marriages taking place outside the Registry Office will incur a fee of 2,955 TL.

Additionally, the fee for certifying the notice of marriage is 148 TL, submitting a notice of objection costs 143 TL, issuing a certificate for the purpose of submitting the notice is 148 TL, obtaining a marriage certificate or any copy thereof is 148 TL, and the fee for registering the marriage in the registry is set at 583 TL.
