16-Year-Old Pedestrian Hit by Car in Lefkoşa
In a traffic accident on Cemal Gürsel Avenue in Lefkoşa during noon hours, a 16-year-old, identified as E.M., was hit by a car while attempting to cross the road.
The pedestrian sustained injuries and was taken to Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital for observation. The incident occurred around 12:15 PM when a salon car with plate number PN 738, driven by Mehtap Yılmaz, was traveling from east to west within the right lane. At that moment, the pedestrian was crossing from the south side to the north side of the road when the collision happened.
Police reported that the injured pedestrian received medical treatment at Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital and is currently under observation.
