According to information provided by the Police Press Office, a total of 1,528 vehicle drivers were inspected nationwide during yesterday's traffic checks. Among them, a total of 341 vehicle drivers were reported for various traffic offenses, and legal proceedings were initiated against them, while 23 vehicles were impounded.
The reported traffic offenses include:
- 218 cases of exceeding the legal speed limit
- 2 cases of driving without insurance
- 20 cases of using a mobile phone while driving
- 16 cases of driving without wearing a seatbelt
- 8 cases of driving without a navigation license
- 77 cases of other traffic violations, totaling 341 drivers.
