In his statement, Özersay mentioned that corruption investigations are not limited to fake diplomas, stating that HP has received numerous complaints in the past six months regarding bribery, obtaining positions through fraud, and causing damage to the state. He noted that investigations have been initiated into some of these complaints, and they have provided testimony.

Özersay emphasized that they have directly requested information from the Police General Directorate about the status of the investigations and also made an application to the Prosecutor's Office to inquire about the fate of the file concerning a member of parliament under investigation for obtaining a fake diploma.

He stated that they are aware that some sectors, including the government, aim to close ongoing corruption investigations but asserted that they will not allow this to happen. Özersay highlighted that under the Right to Information Act, they have initiated new efforts and expect an official response within 15 business days.

Özersay underscored that the country's only way forward is to fight against corruption, stating:

"This morning, we applied to the Police General Directorate under the Right to Information Act to request information about our applications to the police and the status of the investigations. We requested information such as which investigations are at what stage, which ones have been sent to the Prosecutor's Office, and similar details. At the same time, we made a similar application to the Prosecutor's Office to inquire about the fate of the file concerning the investigated member of parliament. The public's expectation is that nothing will be covered up. We will not abandon these investigations. No one should think that we have forgotten or will allow it to be forgotten. We will continue steadfastly."
