CMIRS Survey: 9 out of 10 Believe Corruption and Injustice are Rampant in the Country

The Center for Migration, Identity and Right Studies (CMIRS) announced the results of a survey conducted in March 2024 with the participation of 500 individuals. According to the survey, 9 out of 10 participants believe that corruption and injustice are widespread in the country, while those who believe that justice can be restored are in the minority.

The CMIRS survey emphasizes the close relationship between sociological events based on bribery and corruption and the values, lifestyle, and organization of society. It highlights that in an environment of worsening socioeconomic conditions, legal loopholes, and an electorate lacking awareness, a favorable ground for bribery and corruption is being prepared.

Additional questions were posed to the participants. Only 25% of them believe they can influence decisions made in the country. 80.20% perceive widespread injustice in the country, and 86% believe partisanship is prevalent. Moreover, 90.6% of respondents think corruption is widespread, while 82.4% see bribery as a common occurrence.
