April Cost of Living Index Drops to 5.92%
The Statistical Institute announced the Cost of Living Index for April as 5.92 percent. According to data released by the Statistical Institute, while the cost of living index for March was announced as 6.91 percent, it decreased to 5.92 percent for April.
As a result, the annual Cost of Living Index stands at 95.60 percent, while the Cost of Living Index for the past four months is at 22.98 percent.
The Consumer Price Index showed a change of 5.92 percent compared to the previous month, 22.98 percent compared to December of the previous year, and 95.60 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
