Incirli stressed that friendship and brotherhood must remain above everything else in the country, adding that the CTP is ready to govern with a production-based economic model grounded in justice, honesty, transparency, and accountability.

According to a statement from the party’s press office, Incirli and a delegation from the CTP met residents in the region to discuss their concerns. She was accompanied by party MPs Biray Hamzaogullari and Fide Kursat, CTP Iskele district chairman Huseyin Oztorel, and central executive board members Koral Asam and Feriha Tel.

Addressing residents, Incirli recalled the sense of unity and solidarity formed during the recent presidential election campaign and said the country’s future should be built together through common ground. “This country is big enough for all of us,” she said. “Friendship and brotherhood stand above everything. By coming together around shared values, we will build our country’s future.”

Turning to the economy, Incirli said people’s purchasing power has declined while the cost of living has risen, criticising the current government’s economic policies. She argued that repeated borrowing risks the country’s future and said the CTP has the experience and determination needed to restore fiscal discipline.

“The era of reckless spending will end,” she said, adding that her party would manage state resources through a planned and responsible approach, ensuring that public revenues and expenditures are balanced and that unnecessary spending is prevented.

Incirli also emphasised the importance of a production-based economy, saying stronger support for domestic production would help increase exports and strengthen economic independence. She called for expanding the scope of the Green Line Regulation, reducing input costs for producers, and increasing incentives to develop local production in line with European Union standards.

She added that tourism and production should complement each other, with hotels encouraged to purchase more goods from local producers, while also stressing the importance of protecting small businesses.

Incirli further warned that links between the informal economy, illicit revenues, and politics were eroding public trust. She said the CTP is determined to tackle these issues and accelerate reforms.

As part of a planned governance approach, she said one of the first steps would be conducting a population census, adding that policies should be guided by data and scientific analysis while ensuring greater tax fairness.
