Of the 10 fires, six occurred in Nicosia, two in Kyrenia, and two in Famagusta. Probable causes included electrical short circuits, children playing with flammable materials on a tractor trailer, cigarette butts thrown before fires were fully extinguished, and deliberate acts of arson.

Special service incidents involved rescues and safety interventions, including cats trapped on high trees or between buildings, people stuck in elevators, dogs trapped in sewers and streams, fallen trees on vehicles due to wind, traffic accident extractions, fire safety training, assistance in forensic transfers, and unlocking homes for trapped residents.

Regionally, Nicosia recorded 21 of these special service incidents, while Famagusta, Morphou, and Kyrenia had three each, and Çağlayan, Geçitkale, and İskele had one each.
