The initiative, organised by federation commissions and member youth associations during the final week of March, features talks, workshops, camps and social gatherings aimed at helping participants develop new skills while strengthening social connections.

As part of the programme, the Technology Commission will launch the first session of its “Genç Hikâyeler” (Young Stories) talk series under the Technology Forum. The event will take place on March 26 at 19:00 at blckbrd social, featuring software engineer and entrepreneur Arda Karaderi. Discussions will focus on the software and startup ecosystem in Cyprus, including the challenges of launching ventures and practical insights from the sector. A Q&A session will follow, allowing direct interaction with participants. The event is free of charge.

Nature-focused activities will also play a central role. A two-day tent camp organised jointly by the Güzelyurt Youth Association and the Famagusta Youth Union will be held in Alevkayası Forest on March 28–29. The programme includes campfire gatherings and outdoor activities, with arrivals scheduled for 12:00. Participation is priced at 600 TL, with registration closing on March 26.

Meanwhile, the İskele Youth Association, in collaboration with the Eastern Mediterranean University Mountaineering and Nature Sports Club, will host the “Cyprus Nature and Mountaineering Gathering” in Kantara on the same dates. The event will feature camping, hiking, birdwatching workshops, nature photography, rock climbing training, stargazing, yoga and pilates sessions, a first aid workshop and a guided tour of Kantara Castle. Acoustic performances and campfire meetups are also planned. Participation is free.

In Lefke, the Lefke Youth Association, in cooperation with Circular For All Cyprus and supported by the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus, will organise a bicommunal basket-weaving workshop on March 28 between 10:00 and 14:00 at Lefke Bandabulya. Participants will learn traditional weaving techniques in a hands-on setting, with food and refreshments provided. Pre-registration is required due to limited capacity. The workshop is free.

For those seeking more competitive activities, the Kyrenia Youth Association will host a paintball tournament on March 28 at 16:00 at the Zeytinlik Shooting Range. Teams will compete in a format designed to emphasise strategy and teamwork. Participation costs 600 TL, including equipment.

The weekend will conclude with a social gathering organised by the Nicosia Youth Association. The “Social Night” event will take place on March 28 at 20:00 at Bricks Bar, featuring live music and offering young people an opportunity to connect in a relaxed setting. Admission is free.

Through this diverse programme, organisers aim to create an inclusive and engaging environment that encourages youth participation across multiple fields while fostering a sense of community.
