The TRNC e-Government mobile application has surpassed 15,000 registered users in a short period, according to M. Mesut Ener, head of the Prime Ministry’s Digital Transformation and Electronic Government Agency.
Developed to enable citizens to access public services more quickly, easily and securely in a digital environment, the application is seen as a key step in the digital transformation of public services, offering access to a range of government services via mobile devices.
The platform, designed with a user-friendly structure, simple interface and accessible service approach, contributes to the broader rollout of the digital government vision.
Ener thanked citizens for their strong interest in the application and said efforts are continuing to make digital public services more effective, faster and more secure.
He stressed that the agency operates with a citizen-focused, accessible and sustainable approach, adding that work is ongoing to strengthen technical infrastructure, enhance inter-agency integration, and expand the range of services available digitally.
The TRNC e-Government mobile application aims to reduce time and location constraints in accessing public services, while the agency will continue its efforts to strengthen digital governance and improve accessibility for citizens.
