Erhürman: I'm Doing Well, It Was A Minor Fatigue-Related Illness
President Tufan Erhürman has said he is in good health after being taken to hospital on Friday evening, describing the incident as a minor illness caused by fatigue.
In a post on social media, Erhürman said he was feeling well and thanked everyone who had called, sent messages and expressed their support.
"I'm doing very well. It was a minor fatigue-related illness..."
He also expressed his gratitude to the doctors, nurses and all staff at Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital for their care.
Earlier, the Presidency said all medical examinations carried out at Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital had produced positive results. It added that Erhürman was discharged on Saturday morning and will rest for a period in line with his doctors' recommendations.
