OTS Marks July 20 with Peace Message
The Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has congratulated its observer member, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), and the Turkish Cypriot people on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of the Cyprus Peace Operation and the Peace and Freedom Day.
In a statement shared on its official social media account, the organization extended its congratulations to the TRNC and expressed its hopes for "lasting peace, prosperity and continued progress."
"On the occasion of the Peace and Freedom Day, we sincerely congratulate our Observer Member, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and the brotherly Turkish Cypriot people, and wish them a future of lasting peace, prosperity and continued progress," the statement said.
The message was published in the official languages of all OTS member states.
