Two Changes Made to Üstel Cabinet
Two ministerial changes have been made to Prime Minister Ünal Üstel’s cabinet in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
Faiz Sucuoğlu has been appointed Minister of Public Works and Transport, replacing Erhan Arıklı, who was dismissed following the sinking of a passenger ferry off Kyrenia.
Hasan Taçoy has been appointed Minister of Economy and Energy, replacing Olgun Amcaoğlu, who was removed from the post.
Both appointment decisions were signed by TRNC President Tufan Erhürman, it was learned.
The new appointments took effect after being published in the Official Gazette.
