Cabinet Approves Property Purchase Permits for 557 Foreign Nationals
The Council of Ministers has approved applications by 557 foreign nationals to purchase immovable property in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, the Cabinet approved the granting of the necessary permits to 557 foreign nationals whose names and details of the immovable properties they wish to purchase were included in the attached list, in accordance with the Immovable Property Acquisition and Long-Term Leasing (Foreigners) Law No. 52/2008.
The decision stated that the permits were granted on the condition that the properties in question are free of any legal restrictions on their sale.
