According to the department’s weekly weather forecast covering September 24-30, the region will generally be under the influence of a low-pressure system and a cool, humid air mass in the upper atmosphere.
The weather will be mostly slightly cloudy throughout the week, becoming partly cloudy at times, with thunderstorms and showers expected in some areas.
The highest temperatures are expected to range between 31°C and 34°C inland and 28°C to 31°C along the coast.
Winds will generally blow from the south and west at moderate strength, occasionally becoming strong.
